About Us
Christopher Huber, president and owner of Language Enterprises since 2007, is a bilingual speaker of German and English, as he spent his childhood in Switzerland and the United States. He founded his first company, German Language Partners (GLP), in 1999 in order to provide clients with customized language teaching, cross-cultural training and translation.

Christopher earned a B.A., with Distinction, in German Language and Literature from the University of Virginia as an Echols Scholar. He also lived for two years in Freiburg, Germany, where he first studied two semesters at Albert-Ludwigs-University and later gained invaluable international experience in a work environment.

He has successfully taught both American employees eager to learn German to increase their effectiveness in the workplace, as well as non-native English speakers who wish to acclimate themselves culturally by improving their American English skills.

In recent years GLP also began offering other languages taught by native speakers and providing personalized language services to the spouses and children of business executives. In September 2006, GLP formed an on-going service alliance partnership with Friendly Faces, LLC and Global Transitions, LLC.

The expanded focus of GLP culminated in the friendly acquisition of and name change to Language Enterprises in 2007.

He is a member of the:
American Association of Teachers of German
Michigan Interpreters and Translators Network
