Christopher
Huber, president and owner of Language Enterprises since 2007, is a
bilingual speaker of German and English, as he spent his childhood in
Switzerland and the United States. He founded his first company, German
Language Partners (GLP), in 1999 in order to provide clients with customized
language teaching, cross-cultural training and translation.
Christopher
earned a B.A., with Distinction, in German Language and Literature from the
University of Virginia as an Echols Scholar. He also lived for two years in
Freiburg, Germany, where he first studied two semesters at
Albert-Ludwigs-University and later gained invaluable international experience
in a work environment. |

He has successfully
taught both American employees eager to learn German to increase their
effectiveness in the workplace, as well as non-native English speakers who wish
to acclimate themselves culturally by improving their American English skills.
In recent years GLP also began offering other languages taught by
native speakers and providing personalized language services to the spouses and
children of business executives. In September 2006, GLP formed an on-going
service alliance partnership with Friendly Faces, LLC and Global Transitions,
LLC.
The expanded focus of GLP culminated in the friendly acquisition
of and name change to Language Enterprises in 2007.
